When the lowest quote may be a poor fit
Seek a more detailed review when the file includes significant equity, business ownership, self-employment, recent transfers, tax disputes, prior cases, pending lawsuits, inheritance, personal injury claims, non-dischargeability allegations, or urgent loss of property. Complexity does not automatically require the highest fee, but it does require appropriate scope.
